I think this piece is successful in a number of ways. Rhythm, movement, and balance are very strong; shape (obviously) and color are also prominent. I like how you took the idea of figure drawing and made it into a developed composition (figure on the right). I also like the subtle figures in the background. To improve the piece, you could think about cleaning up some of the edges and bringing certain areas forward, and integrating the figure on the right with the rest of the piece a little better. Great job!
